Creating repeats from vintage swatches or new artwork for screen printing or digital printing
Knowledge of fabric development including wovens and knits
Familiarity with all aspects of product development including timeline management
Interpreting files into vector artwork for metal engraving and laser cutting and 3-D printing
Colorway development to create cohesive color stories
Answering technical questions from mills
Cost analysis skills for increased yields and improved margins
Advanced knowledge of technology and preferred file formats for overseas mills
Hand-painted prints
